2- Improved Sleep: Sun exposure (Especially in the morning) helps regulate the body’s internal clock.

Pig’s kidney transplant: This year, Surgeons in New York City carried out the first successful attempt of transplanting a pig’s kidney into a human patient. The operation was carried out on a brain dead patient whose family consented the operation before she was due to be taken off of life support, and the kidney used was genetically altered to prevent it from triggering an instant immune response by the recipient’s body. The operation was an experimental procedure and many medical, regulatory and even ethical questions still need to be answered before it is available to patients. . Still such a breakthrough could offer a ray of hope for thousands of patients on transplant waiting lists –
